Technology at the service of learning
Whether the training is face-to-face, virtual or in-company, we have our own e-learning platform, accredited by the SEPE, the SOC and the Ministry, which guarantees a complete, safe and adapted training experience. This tool allows us to manage content, monitoring, evaluation and certification with total reliability, offering quality training, homologated and accessible from anywhere.
Competency assessment
Often, before starting the training, we analyse the skills of each person to define learning in a more personalised way and allow us to adapt the content and guarantee effective learning that is aligned with professional objectives. We carry out this initial diagnosis both in “in company” training and in our PHROfessionals Careers program

Our catalogue is a living document that includes all the up-to-date, adaptable and constantly evolving training offer. Student-company internships

Dual training, learning in the workplace
It combines theoretical training with practical experience in real work environments.
